Solar Panel Interface

The Solar Panel Interface will allow you to quickly and accurately characterize two solar panels in series or parallel.  Or you can use one solar panel if you wish.   The graphic software displays the solar panel’s voltage, current and power outputs – all together - in real-time - on a single plotting screen like that below.

Rather than manually plotting IV curves, the Solar Panel Interface does this for you automatically - immediately showing the maximum power point for any load and solar panel series-parallel configuration.

Additionally, you can measure the effects of heat, shadowing and tilt angle on the solar panel’s performance.  Three separate red-black banana terminal pairs are available to install up to two solar panels and a variable resistive load (supplied).
